Tips for Searching the Talent Database
We have designed the talent search area to be as easy to use as possible. If you are a registered employer, we recommend you begin your search process by logging into the employers area. This will speed your searches and get you to your desired resumes with the least number of clicks. You can log in to the employers area by clicking the ”Employers Login” button, which you will find on the home page, as well as on the talent page and on the employers area page. Because our talent database contains tens of thousands of job seekers from all over the world, we offer three distinct types of searches to accommodate your needs.
- The Basic Search Page. The Basic Search page is the workhorse of the site, which will allow you to accomplish most searches quite effectively. For instance, using the Basic Search, you can specify the gender, age range, desired job, and country of residence of the job seekers you wish to contact. You can also indicate if you wish to limit your search to job seekers who have included photos. If you are searching for talent within the United States, there is a particularly handy feature on the Basic Search page that allows you to further refine your search by distance from a particular zip code. To use this feature, first specify the United States in the country drop-down menu. You will notice that two fields pop up: zip code and distance. For example, if you are in Beverly Hills and you wish to find talent within 50 miles of your location, then you would input a zip code of 90210 and a distance of 50. If you don’t know the zip code for the area you are searching or if you prefer to search by U.S. states, that’s not a problem. We also provide a Search By U.S. States option below the Basic Search area.
- The Advanced Search Page. The Advanced Search page has all the functionality of the Basic Search Page, plus it provides the ability to further fine-tune your results. For instance, you can limit your searches according to ethnicity, sexual orientation, hair color, body type, eye color, bust size, and cup size (where relevant). Just be aware that the more specific criteria you impose, the narrower your search results will become.
- The Quick Finder Page. The Quick Finder Page is designed to help you locate specific talent right away. For instance, if you know a job seeker’s SexyJobs ID #, you simply need to type the number into the ID field and you will immediately be taken to the jobseeker’s resume. If you know a jobseeker’s stage name or city of residence, you can also use the Quick Finder Page to locate the desired resume. Plus, there are some pre-prepared talent search buttons that can be quite useful, such as the “Talent Gallery” button, the “Top 50” button, the “New Males” button, the “New Females” button, the “Gold Talent” button, and several other options. Try them and see what you think!
