What is the difference between my public photo and the rest of the photos in my portfolio?

The main photo that appears with your resume is called your public photo because it is viewable by both visitors and registered employers. The rest of the photos in your portfolio are only accessible to registered employers. Your portofolio may contain topless or nude photos, provided they comply with our Photo Guidelines. However, if you wish to have a photo featured in the public area, you will need to submit at least one G or PG-rated photo.

How do I change the public photo that appears with my resume?

Your public photo is selected at the discretion of our editorial staff based on the photos that you submit to your portfolio. However, if there is a specific photo that you would prefer for our editorial staff to consider for your public photo, you may make such a request by clicking here.

What if I need to change the email address I have listed on my resume?

To update your resume with a new email address, simply click here. Your old email address does not have to be active in order for you to log into your account and change your information on your resume.

Why can’t I find my resume in the talent database?

Our editorial staff must review all newly submitted resumes, as well as updates to resumes, in order to make sure they comply with our terms of service. It usually takes less than 24 hours for the review process. During this time, your resume will be offline. Please note that if your resume does not comply with the terms of service, it may be deleted.

How do I view the pictures in my portfolio?

Since only registered employers are allowed to access jobseekers’ portfolios, you will not be able to view your portfolio (other than your public photo) in the main area of our site. However, you can always view your resume and photos, as well as make any desired changes, by logging in to the resume management console.

Why won’t your system let me make changes to my resume or upload photos?

In order to access the area where you make changes to your resume and upload photos, you need to make sure you have cookies enabled on your browser. It is also possible your web browser may have caching problems or other technical difficulties. In this case, we recommend you close out all your open browsers and launch a new browser, or simply reboot your computer. Then simply click here to make changes to your resume or upload photos.

How do I become a featured jobseeker?

Featured jobseekers who appear on the home page and/or the talent page are selected at the discretion of our editorial staff. In order to encourage and promote new talent, only jobseekers posting new resumes with at least one photo attached are eligible to become featured jobseekers. To increase your chance of being selected as a featured jobseeker, include a high-quality photo with your resume and make sure you follow the resume guidelines and photo guidelines. Please note there is no benefit to deleting your resume and posting another one. We track your resume submissions, so you will not "beat the system" this way. Instead, you will lose your ranking and you will not be permitted to have a public photo for one week. If you feel an employment contract has been breached, we recommend that you contact a lawyer and/or legal authorities in your area.
