How do I contact the talent listed in this site?
Simply sign up as a registered employer or recruiter. By registering, you will gain access to the entire talent database for just $17.95 per month. As part of the sign-up process, you will get to choose a username and password so that you will be able to enter the members area and directly contact any of the talent listed in our database. There are no further fees of any kind when you use our database to recruit talent. You get to contact the talent directly to negotiate the best possible terms. All talent provide email addresses, and many of them also provide phone and pager contact info too. Also, you may want to consider placing an ad to recruit even more talent, since many of our jobseekers only check the ads without posting resumes. The $25 text ad is a good way to start, since it includes the membership (a $17.95 value) and you get an ad too!
Where do I place my ad? I only see an area to submit my credit card information.
After you complete your credit card transaction to purchase your employer ad package, you will be directed to a page where you will have an opportunity to submit your employer ad, as well as a banner if you purchased a banner ad. If you have already purchased your ad and still have not submitted the text for it, you may do so by clicking here.
Can I run my employer ad in more than one job category at the same time?
Each advertising package you purchase entitles you to place one employer ad in one job category. We do this to discourage duplicate ads (which are very tedious and confusing to jobseekers), and thereby make our network as effective as possible. However, you can switch your employer ad to a different job category at any time for no additional charge. This way, you can test which job category is most effective for you. If you wish to switch categories, simply go to the Employers Area and select the option to “Modify Your Ad.” Then choose the appropriate job category from the drop-down menu.
What’s the deal with the free second ad?
As an extra bonus to thank our advertisers, we offer the opportunity to place a second FREE ad to recruit staff in any of the following categories: Webmaster/IT, Club Staff, Editors/Writers, Photographers, Security/Drivers, Sales/Marketing, Production Staff, Graphic Artists, and Makeup Artists. To place your free ad, simply go to the Employers Area and click on “Place a Free Second Ad.” Your free ad will remain active as long as you continue to run your paid ad. How come I am getting bounced emails when I try to contact certain jobseekers?
We validate all jobseekers’ email addresses at the time they submit their resumes. However, there are a number of reasons why your email might not get through to a particular jobseeker. A mail server might be down, a spam filter might be blocking your email, the jobseeker may have temporarily disabled reception, the mailbox might be over quota, or in the worst-case scenario, the email address may have become invalid since the time when the jobseeker first submitted a resume. If you get a bounced email, you might want to check the jobseeker’s resume to see if there is an alternate contact method, such as a phone number or pager. An other option is to try sending your email again from a different mail server.
Shouldn’t you immediately delete jobseekers’ resumes if they contain bad email addresses?
We do not immediately delete a jobseeker’s resume if the email goes bad. The reason is that we have no way of knowing if the bad email address is merely the result of a temporary problem, such as a downed mail server. When we had such a deletion policy in the past, we found that jobseekers sent us unhappy feedback upon discovering that their resumes were deleted just because their email addresses were temporarily not working. Keep in mind, these jobseekers often spend quite a bit of time crafting their resumes as well as uploading a portfolio of pictures, and they are understandably not anxious to go through the process all over again. Rest assured, however, we do strive to keep our talent database up to date. The method we use toward this end is to delete resumes that have not been updated within the past year.
What does the "GOLD JOBSEEKER" designation mean on a resume?
The "GOLD JOBSEEKER verified by the SexyJobs.com Network" designation on a resume is not a recommendation or a guarantee by the Company of the identity of anyone you might contact through the Web Site. The "GOLD JOBSEEKER verified by the SexyJobs.com Network" designation simply means that the job seeker has provided a full name, physical address, email address, and credit card account and that this information has been validated as part of a credit card transaction process. The "GOLD JOBSEEKER verified by the SexyJobs.com Network" designation should not be interpreted as an endorsement by the Company of the performance of a job seeker, nor as a guarantee that a job seeker will be the person who placed the resume or is pictured in the resume.
How can I monitor the performance of my ad?
You can track the number of times the details of your ad have been viewed in the past 90 days by going to the Employers Area and clicking on “Check Your Ad Stats.”
How do I change my account information?
Simply go to the Employers Area and click on “Edit Your Account.” You will be able to change your password, street address, phone number, and email address.
What if I need to provide new credit card information?
Please send us an email by clicking here and we will reply with instructions for how to provide us with your new credit card information.
If my account is canceled, can I renew without resubmitting all my account information?
Yes. You can quickly and easily renew your account by clicking here. We keep your employer ads on file so that you will not need to submit a new ad unless you wish to make modifications.
Why do you automatically rebill my account every month?
The vast majority of our registered employers choose to stay with our service for many months -- and even years. Automatic rebilling allows employers to access the talent database and keep their ads running without interruption, instead of having to re-submit credit card information every month. Of course, you are free to cancel your account at any time and your membership/ad will remain valid for the rest of your billing cycle. You can cancel your account by going to the Employers Area and clicking on “Cancel Your Account.”

As a result, the Company has no control over the quality, safety or legality of the jobs or resumes posted, the truth or accuracy of the listings, the ability of employers to offer job opportunities to candidates or the ability of candidates to fill job openings.
